These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites and services operated by Viveka Inc. ("Viveka"), including viveka.world, coach.viveka.world, and the Viveka platform and marketplace. By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
Viveka provides workforce development infrastructure: tools for organizations to run and measure coaching and development programs, and a professional network and marketplace connecting vetted coaches with clients and organizations.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for safeguarding your login credentials. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for any organization on whose behalf you use the Services.
Coach profiles, credentials, and testimonials are subject to Viveka's verification processes. Verification reflects checks performed at a point in time and is not a guarantee of outcomes. Coaches are independent professionals and not employees of Viveka.
Paid memberships and services are billed through our payment providers at the prices shown at purchase. Where a lifetime membership is offered, it applies for the operating life of the applicable Viveka service. Refunds are handled per the terms shown at purchase.
You agree not to misuse the Services, including attempting unauthorized access, scraping at scale, uploading unlawful content, misrepresenting credentials, or interfering with other users.
The Services, including software, design, and content we create, are owned by Viveka or its licensors. You retain rights to content you submit and grant Viveka a license to host and display it as needed to operate the Services.
The Services are provided "as is". Coaching outcomes depend on many factors and are not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viveka's aggregate liability arising out of the Services is limited to the amounts you paid to Viveka in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
