Stemming from CEO Katja Kempe’s personal experiences as a leader in the corporate world and through unexpected shifts, Katja decided it was her mission to create a company that would give billions of people access to transformational learning and development experiences. Together with our extraordinary team, Viveka is bringing this vision to fruition.

Katja Kempe is a formidable leader and influencer in the learning and development field, having received numerous accolades. As former COO of Jones Day Law Firm and Global Strategy Manager at Herbert Smith Freehills Law Firm in Sydney, Australia, Katja has perfected her leadership of a global operation with the added reverence for coaching and mentorship.

In 2019, she was invited to the LAUNCH VC accelerator program in Silicon Valley, CA, and received pre-seed capital funding. She then established Viveka in Los Angeles.
