With 17 years experience working in fast paced agile environments, including 11 years in professional services, I am aware of the need to develop resilience and manage stress on a day to day, minute to minute basis.
It is proven, that when we worry or experience negative emotions, the heart rhythm is erratic and disordered (thus the heart pounding and anxiety build up!) and the corresponding signals from the heart to the brain inhibits higher cognitive thinking & our ability to think clearly and make sound decisions.
If we take a minute to think about it, life can be compared to a giant wheel. When one of the cogs in the wheel is not engaged with another cog, the resultant transmission hinders the wheel from running smoothly, making it a bumpy ride, leading to negative emotions and worry. Sound familiar?
The good news is, that once we work out which one of those cogs need a fine tune, we can be well on our way to enjoying a slightly smoother ride!
I work with individuals and groups to identify pain points and ways to navigate them to enable self confidence and resilience leading to enhanced employee engagement and high productivity in the work place.
How does this work:
· It’s a collaborative process between me the Coach/Trainer and Coachee/Coachees, which allows the Coachee to uncover whats driving them, getting to that ‘aha’ moment, when it all just makes sense.
· Once realised, it leaves one feeling enabled and confident about themselves, one can then set and achieve clear set goals and leave behind limited beliefs.
· You are equipped with daily, easy to use self-management tools to use in the moment and on the go
