The true leaders in business are those who build a happy set of team members in the workplace. In such a workplace environment, every participant feels inspired to give their best performance and gets fulfilled at the end of each day.
My purpose is to develop happy workplaces which deliver ambitious business results in a sustainable manner. I pursue this mission by providing coaching support to executives and business leaders and helping to raise the standards of leadership practised throughout the organisation.
Coming from a financial management background, I follow a coaching style which is a rare combination of business/ financial acumen with coaching skills. Consequently, the coaching that I do is business result focussed and addresses the leader’s behavioural goals and his team interactions, aligning these to business deliverables.
As CFO and subsequently as COO and a Board member of the companies I had worked in, my responsibilities included the range of functions of IT, HR, Legal & Secretarial, I.P.R. management, etc., apart from the main role of the strategic CFO function. One of my significant responsibilities was team building along with developing individual team members in their career growth.
During this period I formed part of the vital core of several successful turnaround teams and was a key member of the leadership teams of several start-up operations, for the companies I was associated with. I have been advising CEOs in planning growth strategies – organic, start-ups, and through merger and acquisitions – and enabled their practical implementation.

In my coaching package, I will cover your specific needs for leadership skill development, especially in the areas of emotional intelligence, team development, developing coaching and mentoring skills yourself, performance improvement, strategy development, behavioural effectiveness etc.
The package is for 10 months, with a minimum of 20 coaching sessions, with amounts payable monthly in advance. This will involve assessment of leadership skills, working on development needs, roles play for practical application of the skills learnt and measuring business impact of the programme. There will be a free initial session, before the commencement of the package.
