I help C-Suite executives answer 2 questions:
"How do I transform the stress, conflict and stagnation of work into freedom, purpose and achievement?"
"How do I realise the potential that I know I have, but just can't seem to tap into?"
The programme comprises weekly material over a period of 8 weeks with 4 x 2 hour, 1-on-1 meetings, either in London or via Zoom. The programme may be extended to a total of 24 weeks by mutual agreement in which we dive deeper into leadership dynamics.
The programme works on 3 levels:
Firstly, there is the weekly material which explores concepts from Purpose to Culture, and skills, from Resilience to Influence.
Secondly, there are the 1-on-1 meetings which explore live work issues and the application of the material.
Thirdly, there is an ongoing practice of secular meditation which is introduced in the 2nd week. This is a tremendously powerful discipline which has been the foundation of my own development for over 30 years.
The focus of the programme is to develop self-awareness of your inner dynamics - your thinking and feeling - that define your experience of the world around you.
Once we observe how we can create our experience, rather than be a victim of it, life becomes a very different reality.
My own journey has been eclectic: I started my career as an engineer, designing digital control systems for broadcast applications, before moving into sales, marketing and general management. I've started and led businesses in the UK and abroad.
In my leadership roles I quickly noticed that many conventional perspectives on leading organisations are fundamentally flawed, and I have spent the last 15 years developing a far more powerful approach which transforms the experience of my clients:
