Increase participants' understanding of emotional intelligence and its role in effective leadership. 3. Create an understanding of emotional intelligence using the EQ-i 2.0 model as a platform. 4. Enable participants to utilize their own EQ-i 2.0 Leadership Reports and build an action plan to work on areas to develop further and leverage strengths.

• Attendance to an interactive 1-day workshop to learn the importance of emotional intelligence in effective leadership and leave with a better understanding of his or her strengths and areas to develop to enhance their leadership skills, as well as an action plan on how to increase his or her effectiveness.
PRICING: The enrollment fee per person is $580/person. The minimum number of participants for this workshop is 10. Therefore, the minimum fee for this full-day workshop is $5800. *Note that the Maximum number of participants is 20 to keep the workshop personalized and interactive.
