Details of my Executive Coaching Package: The quoted package price is for a 6-month coaching package and includes ~ 2 x 60-minute one-on-one coaching sessions per month, 3-way alignment meetings, and individual and 360 emotional intelligence assessments. Please note that the coaching package can be customized to meet your specific needs and budget.
Phase 1 - Initial Meeting Includes: Initial meetings with Coach, Leader, and Sponsor/Boss to review leader's situation and the nature of coaching. Alignment Meeting #1: One-on-one meetings to develop a greater understanding of coaching needs. Alignment Meeting #2: Three-way meeting with coach, coachee and sponsor to reach an agreement on the direction of the coaching engagement, confidentiality, and mutual commitments to development.
Phase 2 - Assessments & Goal Planning Includes: Coach conducts emotional intelligence assessments and delivers results to Coachee (includes a 90-minute EQ-i debrief and full EQ-i Leadership Report). Development of goals and leadership development plans. Alignment Meeting #3: Three-way meeting for agreement on goals and leader development plan. Mutual commitments to development.
Phase 3 - Coaching For Development Includes: 2 x 60-minute coaching sessions per month. Coachee takes action on goals, experiments with changes in behavior, and gathers feedback on progress. Alignment Meeting #4: Three-way meeting to review progress. Are any adjustments needed? Mutual commitments for development.
Phase 4 - Coaching For Sustained Development Includes: 2 x 60-minute coaching sessions per month. Planning for continued learning after the conclusion of the coaching engagement. Alignment Meeting #5: Three-way meeting to review progress and conclude coaching engagement. Confirm business value. Mutual commitments for sustained development.
*Example of common package customization - when hired by a company to work with an executive, my coaching package includes regular 3-way Alignment Meetings between myself, the coachee and the sponsor (this could be the coachees boss or an HR official). If you are an executive looking to hire me independently, there is likely not a need for these alignment meetings and therefore the cost of the coaching package is reduced accordingly so please inquire about customizing to meet your specific needs. Or, perhaps your organization conducts their own internal assessments and therefore there is not a need to include additional assessments in the package.
