When you are in a conflict situation be it at work with your hierarchy or with colleagues or be it in your personal Life, you will end up feeling the negative downward pressure just like having a lid above you that weights on you and that compresses your vision to one single dot: the conflict.
Even though you start feeling the fatigue, the frustration and the growing dissatisfaction, you tend to ignore the signals and keep on fighting because you are convinced that you will win.
But so does the other party and typically the two parties no longer talk, at least not about the conflict situation. So the fight goes on until one drops "dead", so to speak.
The only win-win strategy is to call upon the help of a Professional Mediation Coach.
Using a structured method and protected by the ethical standards of my profession, together, you will manage to change your perceptions. Other parties may also be invited to take part in the process towards emotional neutrality and relationship rebuilding, but in actual fact their presence cannot be imposed.
