This program will provide tools and strategies so that you can get very clear about your next step/s. You will learn to use your Change/Transition muscle so that you feel more powerful and confident as you navigate this life change that's in front of you or that you're in the middle of.
This 3 month program includes:
- An Enneagram assessment from Integrative Enneagram Solutions: this gives you an in depth look into your motivational patterns and insights into when these patterns support your goals and when they limit you. From here, you can learn new ways of acting and responding.
- 4 individual coaching sessions during month 1
- 2 individual coaching sessions during month 2
- 2 individual coaching sessions during month 3
- Set of Mood Lady products to support your transition process
- Online coaching program (Mood Lady Modules) to keep you on track in between sessions. This is set up using modules determined to be most relevant and useful for you.
