Your coaching journey with Evan begins with the Complimentary Consultation designed to uncover existing challenges and learn about the coaching process so that you can experience Progressive Growth Coaching. During that session, we will select one of those challenges and focus on learning how to effectively manage it. Once you decide to commit to a more extensive process, we will schedule an Intake Session. During the Intake Session, we will make plans and schedule coaching sessions that will be designed for you. Each week, the subject of the discussion will be revealed as you express your needs and/or obstacles. Evan will provide you with ideal practical solutions to overcoming the struggles of ADHD.
As Evan works with you to acknowledge and manage your life goals, your day to day habits will be challenged in order to develop new patterns of efficiency.
