The Self-Care Mastery course is designed to support you in identifying and creating habits and behaviours that support you in being your best self and living your most powerful life.
This five-module course is self-directed and includes 15 guidance videos from me, along with worksheets to support you through the content. It also includes guided meditations on Purpose, Health, Finances, and Relationships.
Module 1: Why Self-Care? Explore what self-care really means, why it’s important, and how you are – or aren’t – currently doing it for yourself.
Module 2: Getting Real. Get honest with yourself about where you are, what you’re doing that doesn’t support you, and why.
Module 3: Exploring Limits. Examine self-imposed limitations, where you’ve given yourself away, how far you’ll go to be validated, and what it takes to express your authentic voice.
Module 4: My Life Expression. Identify what full expression could look like for you, what your life would be like and how you would be taking care of yourself.
Module 5: Incorporating Self-Care. Time to create a plan that will support you in accomplishing what is most important and take action.

An inquiry is an act of asking for information. In this stage, we look at the current reality, behaviours and choices. Intentions for transformation are then established. This is a time of powerful examination for setting a new course of action and expansion.
Introspection is the stage that activates and initiates observation of one’s own mental and emotional processes, thoughts and feelings. Mind/body processes support this internal reflection and unwanted and non-supportive actions are shifted. New goals and strategies are brought into creation.
Integration is the desired end result of this work. Through the implementation of the processes in prior stages, balance is achieved in the areas of decision making, powerful leadership, financial mastery and successful communication.
