I provide whole person wellness coaching and training to purpose led organisations, communities and individuals to help them to maximise their effectiveness.
The aim is to create sustainable wellbeing through positive lifestyle choices using a whole person approach. I use the Wellness Inventory, a powerful on-line assessment tool, 24/7 platform and resource centre to give online assessments.
I offer 1-1 or group coaching, workshops, tele-classes and employee wellness programmes tailored to suit individual needs. These include learning/applying different aspects of wellbeing (feelings, communication, self-responsibility), self-care and moving, in in order to meet individual and organisational goals and challenges. Programmes include 'How To Move From Stress To Resilience', 'Self-Care For Care-givers' and 'Assertiveness'.
I'm deeply committed to the whole person approach to wellness. I walk the talk in my own life, as a yoga practitioner, keen walker and student of different approaches to wellbeing.
