Executive Coach

I have coached hundreds of senior executives all over the world – they say that working with me isn’t always an easy ride, but it is exciting – supporting them on their journey to authentic, high performance leadership.

For 15 years, I have coached senior executives to make sustainable performance improvements in their organisations by enhancing their own capabilities to influence, lead and get results. My clients value my warm approach which allows me to make robust challenges in a non-threatening way, enabling rapid progress.

I have some 3000 hours experience in coaching senior organisational leaders and supervising other coaches. I have been a full-time executive coach and coach supervisor since 2003, coaching senior executives and board members especially in the financial sector. I use an existentialist approach, focused on pragmatic outcomes for the client. I have particular expertise in: leading through transition; influencing skills; strategic leadership and coaching executives with “imposter syndrome”.

I worked in financial services for 19 years, most recently as a senior executive in Old Mutual Securities (FTSE100), giving me in-depth first-hand understanding of organisational challenges. As a coach I work in the UK and overseas, delivering my work in a range of cross-cultural contexts in locations including, Equatorial Guinea; Hong Kong; Luxembourg; Mozambique; Norway; Russia and USA.

I have presented original research at the Oxford Brookes Coaching Research Conference and been interviewed for organisations such as Good Practice (HR and Leadership). I contribute to publications including TC News and Assessment Matters, a journal of the BPS. I was involved in the development of the Association for Coaching’s supervisor accreditation.

I am accredited to deliver Extended DISC and Team Management Profile.

I also sit on two charity boards, chairing one of them.

I am accredited by the Association for Coaching as a Master Executive Coach and have an MA in Coaching and a postgraduate diploma in Supervision for Coaching. I hold a Post Graduate Non-Executive Director Diploma. I am also a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.

I offer a coaching package consisting of six sessions of coaching, each lasting 1 ½ to 2 hours over 6 months for a fee of $8000 (+ VAT). I am UK -based and happy to work face-to-face anywhere in the UK for this all-inclusive fee. Overseas work may incur additional costs. Alternatively, I am happy to work via Skype.
