Rachel Serwetz is a unique thought leader in the career services industry. She recognizes the epidemic that is before us: 70% of American workers who are disengaged in their jobs today, and her work is making breakthroughs to drastically change this statistic.

Rachel serves as a Coach, Speaker and Writer, waking up individuals to find their authentic purpose through her unique assessment tools, processes, and motivational mindset. Her straightforward and down to earth style gets through to individuals, empowering them to realize they can find a job they'll love. Through her career transitions, she has learned how to navigate the job scene and has advised and coached hundreds of students, young adults, and career switchers. She has seen every kind of resume, knows how to beat any kind of interview, knows how to help you figure out what it is you want, and how to get there. Her purpose is to enjoy her life and her work, and to facilitate the ability for others to do the same.
