This package includes 4 individual coaching sessions, 75 minutes each, one session every 4 weeks, using the ICF coaching methodology. We will focus on: goal setting, action plan, reflecting and learning on your experience. As an ICF coach I will not teach you new things or give you suggestions on what to do. I will guide you to find your own answers, to have your own insights and to find your HOW. You may decide to use your coach as a sounding board and not set any action to put in place. That's perfectly fine. It will be about your agenda and not mine. You will have a chance to experience the power of pure coaching.
Support via phone and/or e-mail in between sessions is included.
