From an early age, I knew that my life’s aim was mastering how to open and develop human potential. This led me to dedicate the last 17 years of studying human design in various formats. Today, I am passionate about combining the artistry of knowledge, experience, intuition and innate talent to challenge people’s beliefs, ways of thinking and being. And most importantly, to help individuals unlock the highest version of themselves.
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology / Human Resources.
I am awarded HR executive with more than a decade’s experience working with leadership and senior management teams at the headquarters of global and international companies. In this work, my responsibilities covered an array of human resource management activities, with a primary focus on organizational culture, employee engagement, recruitment, coaching and talent development through all stages of an employee’s career.
Although I spent more than a decade helping individuals better perform in their careers, I recognized that there is a huge difference between asking, “How do I rise to the top?” and “Am I reaching my potential?” While linked, they are inherently different questions. Unfortunately, most individuals place their energy in the first – a career-based question that focuses backward (creating life from the outside-in versus from the inside-out). Whereas the latter question focuses most on one’s inner essence and expression, and personal purpose. In the first, you adapt to the world and in the second you let the world adapt to you.
This is why I launched my own company – Elaira Flow – and made my purpose to be a High Potential Coach: helping clients make these fundamental, internal shifts that help to design their life and change everything.
